There is no need to move to larger servers as your web sites server more traffic. Our system scales as needed dynamically, using more servers to host your site as needed.

Our Cloud Cluster Networks are designed for businesses that require a load-balanced server network to run their mission-critical Internet applications or web sites. This means that your production environment will seamlessly scale as your business grows.

The technology deploys each website across entire clusters of servers, all working intelligently together, all poised and ready to instantly reroute web traffic should any component experience failure. That means when a server crashes or a hard drive fails, the other servers in the cluster pick up the slack without a byte of lost data.

Traffic is dynamically load-balanced across many web servers, so the impact of an increased load is diluted. Additional servers can be added to the cluster with no impact on active customers. Clustering ensures that Web servers are available to handle huge spikes in traffic.

Nothing as important as your website should be served from a single hard drive, but you'd be surprised by how many web hosts have little more redundancy than a pair of crossed fingers. We're different--and for good reason. The advanced architecture powering our hosting solution uses groups of high-performance, network attached storage devices to reliably serve every web page, image, and email. Inside each storage device, drives are mirrored to each other in a RAID configuration to create a first level of redundancy. Then, advanced software clusters the storage devices into logical groups, where files are instantly and automatically replicated across each device. And, as a final precautionary measure, all data on the system is automatically backed up continuously.

Security is a fundamental feature of our cloud hosting, not an afterthought. In our SAS 70 certified datacenters there are multiple tiers of security protections integrated into the cloud hosting platform, including intelligent routing, redundant switching fabric, and built in firewall and proxy technology. We have systems in place to protect against both internal attacks common to shared platforms, as well as Denial of Service and other external types of attacks targeting Web servers.
